'TEMPORARY UPDATE: Safety and security of our people in India remain our highest priority. As a precautionary measure, SusBDe has temporarily adjusted selected public team information while continuing all operations and commitments unchanged.

SusBDe attended the 60th anniversary edition of IFAT 2026 in Munich together with representatives from the SusBDe Group of Companies, Keva SusBDe Biotech and SusBDe India B.V. The visit focused on developments in waste segregation, PSA and membrane technologies, biomethane solutions and strengthening relationships with international partners, suppliers and technology providers.

SusBDe welcomes Mr. Sunil Kumar Bains as India Representative, bringing over 37 years of experience in Oil & Gas, CGD, and renewable gas infrastructure to drive SusBDe's expansion in the Indian bioenergy market.

Leadership Update: As of 31 March 2026, Mike van den Hof has stepped down as shareholder and director of SusBDe. Over the past four years, he contributed to the development of the company’s international activities and waste-to-energy platform.

SusBDe expands its presence in Suriname and Guyana through local representation, focusing on scalable Waste-to-Energy solutions that convert agricultural residues into renewable energy and high-quality fertilizers.

SusBDe Biotech Lanka is officially registered under BOI Section 17 and has been allocated 12 acres within the Kerawalapitiya Waste Management Zone, one of Sri Lanka’s key strategic hubs for municipal solid waste (MSW) processing.

SusBDe’s partner Pelican Biogas is advancing a portfolio of six poultry-waste-to-biogas plants in Arkansas, with SusBDe supporting the technology and process design. Each plant converts ~100,000 tons of waste into 35+ million m³ of biogas annually, applying the same technology platform used in Europe. With first operations expected in 2027, the portfolio illustrates how proven European systems enable large-scale circular energy solutions in the U.S.
